SubVI waiting to run- Labview Webservice

Hello, I am trying to display the front panel into a web browser, but when I tried to start the application webserver, the web resource VI is showing " Sub VI waiting to run". I can't capture the image because of this.  How can I solve this issue?.

Please attach your code, preferably in 2019 so that we can understand what went wrong.
