I would like to know if by changing some settings in File --> VI Properties --> Execution --> ??
i could possibly have two windows that function simultaneously, i.e., the 'Caller' Screen and the 'Called' screen both are showing values from teh PLC in real-time ??

Running VIs sumultaniously and parallel are a matter of programming and not of properties.

You can run two VIs in parallel if you put them in parallel loops or you load them with the "Open VI Reference" and start them with the "Run VI" Method. This is the same as loading with File>Open and then click the run button.
