Sub VI Execution Problem

I am running a program containing multiple occurrences of the same sub VI.  In the first occurrence, I am passing in a variable that is used by the sub VI.  In the second occurrence, I am instead passing in constant.  However, it appears that the sub VI is using the constant in both occurrences.  Can someone give me any idea as to why this is happening, and suggest a solution?

Did you still have any questions on this?  It is difficult to say what could be causing what you are seeing without knowing a little bit more about your application.  It all depends on what your subVI does.  One way to troubleshoot this would be to turn on highlight execution, step through your code, and identify where the numbers diverge from what you would expect.
