putting the libraries outside userlib, inside my project + setting 'Set save settings for all contained items' for the dir where the libraries are located in the exe properties, source file settings does the job. (like visible in previous attached docx).
idealy, i would like to have those libraries in the userlib program files NI branch, like my other common 'self made' libraries. perhaps i will succeed, but happy for now. it works again when build on any of both PCs.
