Is there any way to eliminate the splash screen that
appears when LabVIEW is loading?How?

How about the "Skip Navigation Dialog on Launch" under the Miscellaneous Options? (or is that only on the MacOS?).

Perhaps I didn't explain what I want, I'd like to avoid the
splash screen before navigation panel, is it possible?
