Software Platform Bundle Spring 2020 32 bits French : Installation Error

Hello everyone,

I've:

Downloaded Software Platform Bundle, Selected Spring 2020, 32 bits and  French. I then leave the following (default) ticked: LabVIEW, NI-DAQmx, NI-488.2, NI-VISA and PXI Platform Services and deselect all additional packages. After accepting license agreements and reviewing the summary, upon installation, I get the following error message:

"There was a problem executing your request.

An error occurred while upgrade a package: ni-488.2-runtime(19.5.0.49153-0+f1) to ni-488.2-runtime(20.0.0.49152-0+f0)

Please check your internet connection and try again." proceeded by a "Try again" button.

My internet connection is working fine.

I've done the following:

- Tried again by clicking the try again button with no success.

- I then uninstalled all NI related files through the NI Package Manager and attempted to reinstall with LabVIEW with no success.

- I then uninstalled all NI related files through the NI Package Manager and also uninstalled NI Package Manager and reinstalled with no success.

Hello

If you are connected to the internet through wi fi, this error could be occurred because of a nonstable connection. Connect your PC through Ethernet cable. Make sure that your internet connection through Ethernet is table and not on a low speed. This will solve your issue.
