Simulate rs232 port with FieldPoint

I am looking for a way to "simulate" a RS232 port with using FieldPoint modules. Any suggestions?

OK..thanks for the info, but I'm trying to find a solution with Fieldpoint modules. These Fieldpoint modules will be controlled by VME. The RS-232 port will control a Micos rotational stage.

The FieldPoint Real-Time Controllers, FP-20XX, and Compact FieldPoint Real-Time Controllers, cFP-20XX, all have a mininum of 1 RS-232 port. The FP-20XX family has 1 RS-232 port. The cFP-2000 has 1 RS-232 port, the cFP-2010 has 2 RS-232 ports and the cFP-2020 has 3 RS-232 ports and an RS-485 port.

Due to timing constraints, you are not likely to be able to simulate a RS-232 port using the FieldPoint Discrete Input or Discrete Output modules.
