Simple Bluetooth Server/Client on the same machine

Hello everyone,

i have a simple question about the Simple Bluetooth Server/Client example. Maybe the answer is obvious and i'm just an idiot but nothing is written about it in all the topics i read:

Simple Bluetooth Server.vi and Simple Bluetooth Client.vi can be run on the same machine?

Hi Frax,

the device you want to connect with and the pc must be different, because the communication works with address and I don't think it'll like using the same address for server and for client...

Do you have any problem to use this example?

Yeah, i tried to use the VIs on the same PC and i was going crazy to make them work. I got confused from previous experience with TCP/IP applications and similar, so i thought i could use the VIs on the same machine.
