What is the difference in the signal processing palette in Labview Basic vs that in the Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit

If you do a little bit of work, such as typing "Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit" into a Search Engine, you will be able to read the "ReadMe" that comes with the Toolkit. It explains some of the "Advanced" techniques it provides. You should have an "Advanced" understanding of signal processing to use it to good advantage.

Our organization has Professional Edition and we do use FFT , DCT and Laplace transforms for various projects
However, I need another package and I am trying to determine if I can use Labview Basic for just FFT
The product description for Labview Basic indicates basic signal processing; however, I have not been able to
find the VIs that are available on the palette in Labview Basic.
I did a "little bit of work" on a Search engine and all I got was NI pushing there signal processing toolkit and no info on what was available on Labview Basic.
It has been a while since I have built NI based test equipment, but as I begin this project I have been discouraged by the "new" NI support structure and a bit disappointed
