Would like some thoughts. The issue is when the slave goes down and back up, the modbus doesnt reconnect as quickly as it should(basically takes forever, and usually they just reboot the master to get things going again). Why isnt there a way to set the retry attempts to infinite? What do people do instead when they need to have the modbus reconnect after an unknown amount of time? The picture shows the settings.
