Sending data to the octave analyser at a hig sample rate

I have data running into 1/3 octave analyser at 63315 samples per second. I get the error code 1963 which is related to the highest request third octave filter being at a frequnecy higher than sample rate / 2.5.

However this is not true as I only wish to analyse between 100 and 10kHz

Can anyone shed any light on why I am getting this error code?

Thanks for your post. 

I'm looking into this for you, in the mean time can you tell me what hardware your using and possibly a screen shot of the 1/3 octave VIs (and any relating VIs) in your code so I can see how you've configured it. 

There's some good examples in example finder that might help aswell. If you go to Help >> Find Examples in LabVIEW and search for octave.
