Sending Voltage Signal from FPGA

Have you verified with a voltmeter that the DIO voltage into the shutter is changing?  Also, what type of load does the shutter present to the FPGA DIO?  The FPGA DIO outputs are only capable of sinking or sourcing 4mA.  You may need to place an open-collector circuit or FET between the two to help boost your drive capabilities if necessary.

Alright, I did that testing and it works fine now! Thank you. One question: would I be able to change the voltage level in each DIO on this FPGA? if so, how can I do that?
