Screenshots from other ongoing software into LabView import, is it possible?

Hello, Everybody,

I need your help for my homework.

I know some freeesoftware of Internet, they can through press the "print" button to create a screenshot and save it  automatically under a order. Is it possible in LabView with any command to call this software?

Or can Labview save the screenshots from other ongoing software with LabView standard function? Or can LabView direct import the screenshots from other ongoing software?

Please help me, thx.

Stop yelling!

You can use System Exec, as Andre mentioned, or you can use the Call Library Function Node to send the "Print Screen" key to Windows (I'm assuming you're using Windows). This would be the same as the user pressing the "Print Screen" key on the keyboard.

I'll leave it to you to search this board for "Send Keys" or "Send Input".

Think of it as part of your homework. Smiley Wink

sorry, I am not yelling.

I can not write and speak perfect English, maybe it is the point, why you think, that I keep yelling. I can only speak litte English with easy dialog, can not speak so polite, I am very Sorry, if you don't feel good.

I am in Germany and have got a big homework from my Professor, this question is a small part of this big homework. I have no idea with LabView, so it lets me crazy, I have not so many time to do this homework, so I am afraid that I can not finish this homework.

Sorry, if I let you feel that I am not polite or I am still keep yelling, it is only my languageproblem, sorry again.

Johnny,

The "yelling" that is being refered to is your use of large fonts and other-than-standard colors for your entire post.   It's best to use the standard font and color for your post, and to use larger fonts and other colors to highlight particular parts of your post.
