Schmitt trigger simulation

Hi. I'm trying to do VI, which will simulate Schmitt trigger (in terms of 0-5V). Input signal have to be given from 'simulate signal'. Could you give me any advise about what is incorrect in my program?

When you downconvert your VI to, let's say, LV2017 I would be able to look at the block diagram…

Which hysteresis do you want to apply?

The solution is quite easy once you use shift registers. Here's a very similar question with solution (just for hysteresis=0)!

Hi GerdW

Thank you for response. Here's my VI for LV2017. I'd like hysteresis to be = 0.

Best regards.

For a hysteresis of zero (which is no Schmitt trigger anymore!) you can use a simple comparison function…
