I have to create a VI which records data continuously. This recorded data has to be stored in an external hard disk.
External hard disk connected via USB can take any of the drive names (E:\, F:\, G:\).
How can I programmatically find out the drive on which my external hard disk is connected?
Does labview provide any VI to get the information of the hard disk connected externally?
Can labview detect externally connected hard disk?

Hi Ankit,
well, there is a function named "Get Volume Info".
And you may try the "List folder" with an empty input path - watch the "folders" output...
