Sampling with an external clock

Hello,

I work on a system with :
SCXI-1000
SCXI 1141 (Eight-Channel Elliptic Low Pass Filter Signal Conditionning
Module)
SCXI 1305 (AC/DC Coupling BNC Terminal Clock) (plugged on the SCXI
1141)

I want to sample an analog wave with a frequency given by an external
clock (TTL).
The LabView guide tell to use the output EXTCONV or PFI. But this output
is not on the SCXI 1305. Then, I do not know where I have to connect my
external clock. Do you know how to solve my problem ?

You may want to repost this on the DAQ forum as well. You will need to get the SCXI-1181 feedthrough module that will give you access to the rest of the connector pins.

Hello,

If I am understanding your question correctly, I believe that you will want to connect to your EXTCLK connection on the SCXI-1305. The SMP connection on the upper right hand side of the SCXI-1305 is enabled by setting jumper W1 to EXTCLK. Through this you will be able to provide the external clock signal to you SCXI-1141. I hope this helps,

Here is a link to the user manuals:
