SPIKES IN THE RECIEVED WAVE !!!

ok first of all i have been on this problem for a week now and i have no idea what to do next,

i want to transmitt this signal via USRP

and That's what i recieve

and that happen when i use these values

but when i change the upsampling whuch is 1.6E-7 to 1.4E-7

the recieved is this

i need to understand what's going on because i have to manipulate this numbers alot and make a general form not just constant numbers

First. I am unclear, are you actually transmitting and receiving this signal. Are you sure the garbage isn't really there? Does the timing of the spikes relate to anything else in the system?

Yes i am transmitting and recieving

and no the garbage is not in the system

i think it has to do with sampling or things like that
