Hi Everybody ;
Is there anyone to help me about spi communication with LabVIEW and mcp3201. I have a graduate project and I m doing bldc controller with labview. I have a 12 bits ADC to take data from 2 phases which are U and V. I got 12 bits digital data with mcp3201 but I couldn't communicate LabVIEW and ADC. To make it short I need spi interface in LabVIEW for doing this. Colud anyone please help me to finish my graduation project ?

Hello,
I can't assist you in developing/programming a graduate project. However to get the ball rolling, what hardware are you using to achieve the SPI communication from the PC itself?
There is the USB-8451 which is applicable for SPI communication, there is also a KB on other Digital I/O devices available:

Based on your NI hardware, essentially achieving SPI communication differs.
Best regards,
Ed

Hi
Thanks for caring and giving answer. I use sbRIO 9637 and I connect with its digital I/O , I mentioned above, I get analog signals two of 3 phases which are u and v phases, if I need explain clearly , there will be 5 dimentional cables which are SCLK, CS , MOSI, MISO_V and MISO_U . I am going to get data from adc's MISOs. I found some examples about this but it is too complicate to understand for me . if you don't mind if there are useful documents for help I am asking you to send me ? My e-mail gunertatar@gmail.com
