Running LabVIEW Basics1 CBT CD

I placed the LabVIEW Basics1 and Basics2 CBT computer based training CDs from LabVIEW 8.5.1 in my CD/DVD-ROM drive and installed their contents. When I double-click the LabVIEW Eagle for Basics1 or Basics2, a Resume/Start option is presented, and I choose Start. The Next option is greyed out, a page count number - which shows Pg1 of 0 when I choose Resume instead of Start - does not show, and I am not able to start the A/V presentation. My OS is Windows XP Pro x32. Can someone familiar with the CBT CDs of LabVIEW help me start the videos?

Hello BenCh01,

After reading over your post,  I did some research on this issue and I found a Knowledgebase that explains this issue and some possible solutions to it. I hope this helps you with it.
