Why is there no new Version of the Robotics Toolkit since LabVIEW 2019?

May be related to why there was no myRIO Software Toolkit until the day they released LabVIEW 2022 (and the Toolkit was named 2021, go figure).  I suspect that with the new Software Subscription pricing (higher), the more frequent release cycle (every 6 months, instead of every year), and what appears to be an exodus of some of the Top Talent at NI, it may get worse before it gets better ...
