Resize front panel objects

Hello, i have vi that was writen on Windows2000 with screen settings size X*Y. How can i do that same vi on another computer with different screen settings will be seen as on original computer (include all objects).

P.S.:

VI Property Window Size (Maintain proportions of window for different monitor resolutions is not working)

How about reset the window resolution to X*Y ?

Because this vi go to user that haven't this posibility to change monitor resolution.
But another VI property "Scale all objects on panel as ..." helped me. It works good enough.
