Research using LabVIEW

Hi,

I am a graduate student and a PhD aspirant. I am interested in pursuing my
PhD in computer based simulation. And before that I want to research and publish some
papers on LabVIEW. I am pretty comfortable with LabVIEW. Can you please
suggest me some research ideas.

There are thousands of research ideas in many different fields.

Why not start in your own backyard?  What was your undergrad project?  Your major? What was your grad (Masters) thesis?  What are your topics of interest? 

I'm sure you must have had some research ideas along the way.

Yes, you are right. But my Masters thesis is based on Process Simulation. I am an Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology student. I still did not graduate from my masters program. But want to build a decent research background for my Phd. My minor is in Computer Networking. I just need some ideas for some research papers not for the Phd thesis since that has got time.

You're a Grad student, surely you have some ideas and know how to do a search...  That's part of being a Grad Student.  The degree is meaningless unless you make it worth something yourself..

Hi,

 If you have NI hard ware , you can selecct projects related to data acquisition.

Other wise develop virtual projects. take help of sample projects at ni.com
