I am developing a program for scanning(tip and sample, the distance between tip and sample is less than 10nA) a surface using raster scan pattern( a triangle and ramp signal) in X and Y direction. The Z value obtained is the current generated between the tip and sample, which has to be plotted in intensity graph. While scanning the current scanning position has to be represented in a 3d image. Which is the best way to program it in labview.
