That is pretty old, so you will probably have to talk with your local NI rep to get a copy of it.  But if you are really lucky someone might have a FTP link to it.

Hey helm,

if you want to use the Report Generation Toolkit with LabVIEW 7.1, you have to request the version 1.1.2 of the toolkit.
