Report Generation Toolkit

Hello,

I purchased Report Generation Toolkit and I had to uninstall and reinstall the software because MS Office Report VI wasn't working. Now after the installation I can't get the VI to appear at all on my pallet. Would anyone have suggestions on what could be wrong?

In the folder LabVIEW 20XX/menus/Categories/Programming/_NI Report/ do you see a bunch of .mnu files? 

In the folder LabVIEW 20XX/vi.lib/addons/_office/ do you see a bunch of .llb files?

If the answer is NO to both of these questions, you don't have the RGT installed.  If both of these folders have files in them, have you tried restarting LabVIEW or your computer?

Are you using 32 or 64 bit LabVIEW? I think there is a different installer for RGT for 64 bit if my memory serves me correctly.
