Replaced niddle of guage not moving as niddle

Hello friends,

i want to make control by replacing niddle of guage with my oven picture. but when i copy picture to replace niddle of guage that picture always be horizontal not ( looks image center point becomes niddle center) but it should be corner of image as fixed point of niddle.

how can i do that, please suggest me.

What is "niddle"?  Is that "needle" or "middle"?

You should attach the control you made that isn't doing what you want so we can have at least some vague idea what you are talking about.
