Remove URL from footer of HTML Report from generation toolkit

Solved!

I'm trying to print a report with code that looks a lot like this:

I'm noticing that when the report gets printed it adds a header and footer. The URL is totally useless and maybe a little distracting. Can I get rid of it?

According Print Report VI help when you print a HTML report the VI use Internet Explorer print settings. So, if you change Internet Explorer settings to not print footer you will not have footers in your report printed from LabVIEW.
