We are having a LabVIEW 2009 application running on a server computer and a client computer is connected to it using Remote Panel. The client is a Intel(R) Atom(TM) tablet and running Internet Explorer for Remote Panels. The server runs at 100ms loop rate and the FP changes in the application reflect in the client only after a minute or so. This is very slow and misguides the user. This problem is very intermittent - occurs randomly. The server and the client are connected via wireless intranet. Since we have not seen it locally we are not able to debug it further. There is no way of getting remote access to the computers displaying this. This occurs at multiple places which means different networks. I am trying to get the customer(s) run a different application or the same application in a desktop(not tablet) to check if it also shows the same behavior. But I do not think there is any problem with our application because this is working perfectly well in all our test computers. Now has any of you seen such behavior? Is there a solution for this? Does this happen only with tablet computers? Any help is highly appreciated as the very stability and success of the product depends on this.
