Refnum not usable in for-loop on RT

Hi

Actually I am trying to use references within an RT-Vi and I`m facing problems by doing so.

I`m using a FIFO in combination with the NI 9264 AO Module that is getting its values from a small vi.

As a next step I wanted to send values to the controls from an ini file, and do this in parallel, so I started

to use references.

In fact now I ran into the problem that the right reference that is still in the while loop is running without any problems,

I can see the 4 reference numbers to the UI elements, but in the following for-loop the values are not recognized. (see screen)

If I run it on the PC it works as it should, as soon I run it on the RT target it doesnt work anymore.

Do you have anny ideas or suggestions for me?

Martin,

Funny thing about vi's running on RT Targets, the front panels really don't exist other than when you connect in dev mode or open a remote connection.  This makes property nodes that reference front panel objects a problem.  I avoid them.  Are the controls in question something that an operator is going to change via a remote panel?
