Recording data from VI

I have a labview program that calculates power using force and velocity. I want to constantly measure these three values and send them to a file at approximately 20 readings a second. Is there a straight forward way to go about this? 

The VI attached shows the three values at exact time but only shows them once, i want to record every reading like i said at approximately 20 samples a second.
