Reading multiple channels into a waveform?

I've written a program that reads data from three channels puts them in a waveform writes them to file and then indexes the seperate channels graphs them then performs a psd on them before graphing them again. The problem is that all of my raw data graphs look the same and all of my psd graphs look the same. I think I'm doing something or multiple things fundamentally wrong in the program. I've attached the program.

thanks

Did you try to input the 3 different real signals to each channel? For the DAQ, if you input the signal to one channel and leave the other channels floated, the others (if you try to read them) will follow that one channel. You may try grounding the others and see if it is like I said, otherwise good luck.

Yes I've put in three different real signals. My application is set up for using accelerometers but I've also tried it with a function generator substituded in for one of the channels.
