Hi,
I am using PXIe 1071 with TB-4353 card for thermocouples' reads. Currently I need to read CJC voltage. The voltage is required by the 'Convert Thermocouple Reading' VI which I am going to use next.
I am able to read CJC temperature without any problems based on the approach posted here:
https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019N2WSAU&l=pl-PL
I thought that I need only to switch the 'Create Virtual Channel.vi' to AI Voltage, but unfortunatelly the captured value is 0 in this case.
What am I doing wrong? Maybe there is other way to compute voltage based on CJC temp.?
Thanks, Paweł

You already get it as temperature, any reason you need it as voltage?

The 'Convert Thermocouple Reading.vi' that I am using in my LabView project requires CJC voltage insted of temp.:

It's already converted, so you shouldn't need that VI. All you would be doing is converting a temperature that was converted from a voltage back into a voltage so you could convert it back into a temperature!
