Hi Sumit,
Maybe I should have explained my VI a little more. The only reason why I used the Flatten to String VI was to simulate some binary data of the type that you were describing. For your application, you already have data stored in a file, so you just need to read it in as a string and pass it to the UnFlatten from String VI.
Note: I made some changes to the VI. Hopefully this will help you out a bit more!
