why do you need to hijack an old thread which wa sasking for a pump driver?

Do you have a (electric) schematic of your thermistor? Did you read Wikipedia about those sensors?

As your NI9205 can only meaasure voltages I suggest to create a voltage divider from your thermistor with an additional resistor. Then you can easily measure the voltage drop across the thermistor and calculate the temperature from this…
