RT LEDs location

I have LabVIEW 2013 Real-time Module installed on my PC.  I playing around with an example yesterday and the example vi was looking for RT LEDs.vi or RT LED.vi. If I understand correctly this is a vi that is included with the Real-time module. 

 

Why can't I fid it anywhere?

If you are in the RT context (meaning you are working under an RT target in your project) then it is found in the Real Time->RT Utilities palette.
