RS232 data to plot and store

Hello, I need help to store data comming from RS232 serial port. I got the data and I'm able to decode it, but my question is how to store in a dynamic array for later use as plot or store in a text file. I inclose you the program. I also try to select between use the com port or simulate the data in a big register.

I try to enclose my small program but I'm not able.
