RFC3161 timestamp server access by using HTTP POST Vi

I would like to access the RFC3161 standard timestamp server using HTTP POST VI and obtain a timestamp response. If anyone knows how to write the code to store in the POST VI buffer at that time, please let me know. The description method according to RFC3161 is

and it seems to store data in an ASN.1 format structure and send it. For reference, I sent a timestamp request as shown in the attached image, but the response was not obtained normally.
