I also had the same problem, but didn't like the
idea of having to pass thru access to get to my
SQL server, so I kept digging. What I found is
Microsofts MSDN document #Q238774 - PRB ODBC
Driver Manager Error Program Type out of
Range.htm. After reading this document I decided
to take a different approach to accessing SQL
Server 7.0. I changed my data types from nvarchar
to varchar, and bingo!!! There are still some
problems that need to be addressed, I think that
NI should be rewriting their DLL so that this
isn't an issue, but good luck and thanks for the
