Question about NI 5785 data clock

Hi everyone, 

I was getting confused of NI 5785 data clock. It seems this card FPGA data clock to generate analog output is 200MHz. But this card output sampling rate is 6.4GS/s. Does that mean it interpolate 6.4G/200M=32 times?

See the shipping example.  On each clock cycle it outputs 16 samples per channel.
