QNET ROTPEN/NI Elvis II+: Error 5000 "Invalid board detected"

Hi,

I have been trying for two weeks to set up my QNET 2.0 Rotary Pendulum with an NI Elvis II+ board, running Labview 2021 SP1 (64 bit) from a laptop running Windows 10 Enterprise. Everything seems to be working fine on the HW side with all the correct leds on.

I use the supplied QNET Rotary Pendulum Quick Start.vi, which compiles ok, but when I run it, I get the error message 5000 "Invalid board detected".

I have tried different NI Elvis II+ boards and different pendulums, and also Labview 2019 (32 bit), but always the same error.

Any idea what this is?
