This is a strange issue specific to a particular computer. When I open a large complex application (in LabVIEW 2017 SP2 64-bit; "Total" memory usage: ~5MB), right-click on a control and select "Properties", the pop-up window does not open. If I open a small sub-VI by itself outside of the main VI, I can get the pop-up window. I can port the entire application to a different computer with the same installation of LabVIEW and the pop-up works fine. I've tried repairing the installation of LabVIEW on this computer, and am afraid my next step may be to uninstall and reinstall. Is this a memory issue? Is there something else I should try?
