Hello,
It sounds like you want to write some LabVIEW code that actually writes LabVIEW code - that's what some of the Wizards. Such a feature is not generally available/supported. If you really desire doing this, you should check out the LAVA forums.
On the other hand, you could build a bit more bulky code which simply takes in all of the configuration settings that your wizard would expose, and then basically use a number of case structures behing the scenes to choose the "correct cases" for that configuration.
