Programmatically set system time in labview RT

I know how to set the system time through the system utilities vis (using localhost as the target system). How can I apply that system time to the PXIe Controller hardware clock?  The set system time vi does not update the hardware clock it seems when a UTC time is provided without applying a time zone (if that makes any difference).

You can synchronize your RT controller to your host by referencing it as a time server or using NTP.
