Hi,
I can't register the product NI Vision Builder for Automated Inspection Run-Time in the NI web, can you help me on? I've activated the licenses in my off line workstation pc.
After the serial number entered, I'm seeing below message
This product is currently unregistered, and the registration status should change soon.
(01/05/2021) Serial Number XXXXXXXXX failed registration

For the failed registration issue, you can directly phone call /email our NI technical support team to help you check your registration status.
You just need to inform your serial number to our technical support team.
Because registration issue got various cause, so we have to check your registration status first only can figure out next step.
