We have recently bought an Amplicon data acquisition board (DT322),
with the intention of using it with Labview. We therefore also ordered
the DT-LV software, but unfortunately we have been having a few
problems getting it to work.
According to the manual, when the board was installed we should have
been asked to supply a name for the board, but this did not happen and
the board was automatically named DT322(00). After installing the
DT-LV software we tried the DT AI Sample channel, which worked OK.
I then wanted to check that the AO was working OK, so I tried to run
the DT AO Update Channel example. When I click "Update" I get the
error message "Error 36 occurred at DT Set Resolution, possible
reasons: not supported". Th
en when I press stop it says "Error 26
occurred at DT Put Single Value, possible reasons: system not
configured".
Has anyone else had any problems with DT-LV link? We have tried running it
on Windows 98 and Windows ME and get the same results for both. The DT-LV
software came on four floppy disks, and the disks just say it is for Windows
95 and Windows NT. I am wondering whether we have been sent an old copy of
it.
