Problems to create executables from Application Builder

In the main vi, I have a control to call a subvi and in this subvi I have another control to call another subvi. I set the Window Appearance of these vis to Dialog and when I´m running it on LabVIEW, none problem occurs. When I create an executable on Application Builder, the subvi that opens into the other subvi, does not set it as modal, then the subvi appears behind of all vis that is running.
What is going on? How to solve it?

I verified that on settings of Application Builder, the "Dialog box" is showing NO and the other vis are showing Yes. The problem is: why the application builder is showing NO, if I have set the property of that vi as Dialog? The setting on vi properties is showing modal...

I tried to reproduce the behavior without luck in LabVIEW 7.1. I created a main VI with a subVI nested inside another subVI (both set to Window Appearance: Dialog). Running it in LabVIEW worked fine. After building the executable it behaved the same way. In Application Builder the Dialog Box value is �yes�.

I have attached a zip file containing the VIs and the executable. Please verify what you are doing different.
