Problems installing nxt toolkit with Windows XP Professional 2002

I get the following message when I try to run the setup.exe file:

Developer Error. The following errors were found in your ini file:
1. Specified file not found: [MsiEngine] WinNTPath = Bin\instmsiw.exe

any ideas?

This is an error caused by the windows installer.
Please read this and this for two possible solutions to this matter. If neither work, please let us know and we can investigate further.
