This has similarities to a problem I am having on this thread. Though the bluescreen error message is different.
You may try booting into safe mode and then rebooting again.
Does your problem have any other similarities to my thread? Are you upgrading LabVIEW? Are you installing a DAQmx or related package with LabVIEW? Have you used Acronis or other operating system cloning/imaging software?
