Problem with the front panel

I'm having quite a problem with my front panel design.
I have to make it adjust to the resizing of the screen but every time I
try to resize the screen, all the controls resize, but the text stays
the same size and does not shrink with the rest of the panel.
So everything sort of messes up.

Does anyone know how to deal with this, I've tried changing the panel
setup, but it doesn't seem to be working...

I have seen this before when going from my work PC or home PC to a
customer's PC.
Check your monitor's display property settings font size.
I used small fonts and 1024 X 768 on my PC's, my customer's PC
was set for 1024 X 768 and large fonts. Once I set his for small fonts my
Front Panel
was fine.

Also check under your VI setup>>>Windows Options>>>Maintain proportions with
monitor resolution
to see if this is checked.
Good Luck,
