Problem with serial port in LabView 7.0

I have installed the LabView 7.0 and now COM port does not work. Before it had installed the LabView 5 and the COM port worked correctly. I have verified the configuration of the port and seems that everything is correct, I have proven with the Loopback.vi and it does not work.
What happens, would have to add something to the installation of the LabView 7.0?
